BTW he GAVE me two extra!!!! THey are all young, the oldest is a hen and she's 4 months old. These birds deffinatly need some work on body shape but I'm still none the less excited!!!! It was so funny I walked to the back of his pickup truck where he placed the cage with the birds, I looked them over and picked out three and he goes "heres the deal...you can have all five..."

I almost hugged the guy the only thing stopping me was this is only teh second time i've met him and it may have been a bit awkward haha but I'm sure he could tell how greatful I was!!!!

BTW we talked in teh parking lot after the exchange for like 2 hours.... hence the late to post time

Would you like me to be honest? Completely and totally? PM me and I will post.

Sure. I already know (and said) that they aren't perfect, and that they've got a long way to go to be show worthy that's not a big deal. So yes id' like your thoughts on them faults and if any qualities those as well...and if you know the colors that'd be nice too

I'll critique later..... can you try to get some pics of them walking around and not perching? You can tell more about wing position etc when they are standing.

Perching makes the backs look shorter.

From the pics, I can say atleast 2 ro's; the 2 buff (1st & last are ro's for sure). The last little buff ro looks like he has promise. Very cute, I love the rough feathers. You want them tall and erect, (head and tail eventually touching forming a "V" with their neck and back, the wings pointing down (like they are standind at attention), big puffed out chests, straight combs, with clean legs. Then their is of course the reason people want Seramas; is all the great color variations. They are all cute, I like the white black tailed (looks like a pullet<?>. If you can post another pic of her<?>, I'd like to see it. But, the good news is they are Seramas. When you breed them keep the best for your breeding stock, don't breed any of the birds with a real bad defect (badly crocked combs, feathered feet, poor posture), add a nice bird here and their and before you know it, it will be harder to choose your stock birds. Thats my two cents...hope it helps, but overall...I like them, enjoy.
