Teddy bear hamsters are so much calmer then dwarf hamsters. Make sure you pick a calm one from the start. Our hamsters usually live 4-4 1/2 years of age.

We use fish tanks for the hamster cages. We have to put weight on the cover to make sure they do not escape. We have one hamster in a 40-50 gallon fish tank and the other in a 10 gallon. Both have wheels, which they are on all night long.

We keep the hamsters downstairs. My daughter builds and makes toys for her hamsters mostly out of wood and cardboard.

Good luck! We've had hamsters for the last 15 years. My girls love them!

We have hamsters too! The habitrail stuff is ridiculous. Better to get an aquarium set up. Easy to clean! With habitrail, it was pain in the butt cleaning and they love to chew their way out.

Im selling almost all of my habritrail stuff, and accessories.

I have, i think, it's SuperPet... It's easy to clean and they have fun stuff. I think my aunt's is an OVO. How many hams. do you have? & what kind?
