My wife and I love eating at Becco in NYC, they serve these bread sticks - the crunchy kind that are to die for - with an amazing chickpea dip and a bowl of olives. The food there is amazing but the waiters are quite obliging and you can munch your way out of an appetite with these in no time. I've scoured the web until I am blue in the face for something akin to these, seems that everything I've found comes out of a refrigerated can or is like Olive Garden's which are ok, but not Becco's.... I mean wow... A fairly hardtack kind of dough and I think they use a fettucine roller/cutter to get them consistently thin - they must have a little cheese and herbs in them OH MAN.
