Im have the same thermometer problems.

All 3 of my flukers read different temps.

Now that my wigglers are here I'm gonna experiment. I've still got
a probe type that reads wrong in mid air but is much more accurate
in the wiggler. Some of those probes want to be submerged in a liquid
to work right. I've been using a digital "under the tongue" type to verify
accuracy. It's close.

Tried one of those meat thermometers like Julie has and it reads perfect 99.5-100. I sould get the spot check and see how it works. I will just end up using the flukers to read room temp.

Im just so glad I have a Incubator that holds temp. reliable.
