i have a chicken and i dont know if its a ee bantam or a welsummer bantam

Your bird is does not appear to be an Easter Egger or a Welsummer. My best guess would be some type of game bird mix.

well i know the dad was a pure breed welsummer or ee but she is pretty small for 4 months

If this was from a mixed flock, then it is most likely a mixed breed. It has a pea comb.

If you didn't mention any breeds or from mixed flock, first guess would have been american game mix. Long skinny body with longish legs is pretty typical for game chickens.
