BTW, Anne picks a large part of the garden and takes it to the county's various food banks. She's part of Purdue University's "Plant a Row" program for food banks. Last year Purdue cited her as being Indiana's greatest contributor to the progam.

I am so jealous,, I got mine tilled but couldn't get help putting up the fence,, now I tore my knee. Post lots of pics so I can pretend I'm in YOUR garden!

I can totally empathize with you, Joe. We have a large bean/pea patch, 2 separate gardens with tomatoes(LOADS OF EM), cucs, squash, zuccs, carrots, beats, MORE beans, cant, melons, AND of course, I just HAD to have another smaller plot tilled up this year for all my peppers. Oh, and can't forget my herbs, of course, every kind I could find. LOTS of work, as you know. But well worth it in the end. Nothing like something you have grown yourself.
