Hello! I'm Soptho from Utah. :) I first got a small flock of three young hens (a Buff, a silver-laced Wyandotte, and a Langshan) with my family around the year 2019. We loved them, so we raised two Ameraucana chicks and added them to our flock, and we then adopted a Rhode Island Red hen, who turned out to be evil. My parents donated the whole flock to a large group of people (who were in need) and we had no chickens for a few years :( now we are raising baby chicks! We have been raising two Buff Orpingtons, two Buff Brahmas, and one Lavender Orpington, and we recently added three Millie De Fleurs.

Orpingtons and Brahmas are generally gentle breeds, RIRs can be a bit aggressive sometimes. Enjoy your new flock! If you have any questions about them along the way, be sure to ask. Welcome aboard!
