I think that this is a silkie Roo. It followed my hubby home today. Poor thing's so scraggly how can you not want to help him(?) out?

He DEFINITELY has something other than Silkie in him because of the red comb & wattles! They should be dark if he was full bred. But that's ok. What a funny lil guy. Good luck w/ him!
