I'm leaning towards roo...Can you help?

Thanks guys. He crowed today. A really funny squawking kind of crow. I think there's a mix in him too. He's kinda tall from what I know of silkies and his wings have long smooth feathers that have been clipped. They've been cut so short that they're hard to see under the fluff. I don't really want a rooster but I think I'll keep him and see how he comes along.
