Best of luck to you. You must live not that far from me--I'm just outside of Murphy, NC. My own place is for sale (link in sig line). I would suggest you do what I did and put a "flyer" as one of your BYC pages if you haven't already done so. Yeah, the auction system isn't a great fit for real estate. Can you imagine?
