I'm new and in Texas

Hi, I'm very new to the forum too. I'm very new to having chickens as well. I've learned a great deal since I've found this website and have received lots of great advise from the friendly folks here. I live in Texas and so far haven't found anyone else on here from this state. However, I'm origionally from Florida and have only lived in Texas for the past year and a half. So I can talk to the Floridians too.

well i missed saying hello. sorry though i am not from texas or flordia. but have sisters living in both states, like that helps you!
sorry to jump in here. just wanted to say hello, i don't get on here everyday. my husband works offshore and when he is home, i stay off the computer pretty much. he only is home a week at a time.
