-- hope things get better for your silkie,it can be hard to watch....I think another coop would be best ....just think Blanche will need silkie friends...... chicken math starts for a lot of reasons

Yes , I can see more chicks in the future!!! I'm enjoying them soooooo much! My Louise ( Maran ) just started laying my first eggs... 3 in 4 days this week!!!!! I've waited 5 long months , they (the eggs) are SOOOOOOO beautiful !!!

Welcome from Hawaii! I would separate the Silkie. I have a Silkie that was getting picked on and he would just hang out by me for company. He sleeps in the same coop but in a separate area.
