I've always loved chickens and thought they were cool. There's a rooster hanging around my house that belongs to the neighbor across the street, and now I'm seriously considering having a hen or two of my own! I'm currently in the research phase but know I want an Easter egger. I had a landlord who had one and she laid the coolest pale green eggs

Ah, that looks like the neighbor's rooster that taught you to give treats, when he crows at your house. Smart bird. Now he has you looking for girls, you can bet he'll be at your house all the time.

I've got watch him though. He pecked at one of my kids and attacked my husband twice. My husband sprayed him with the water hose and he hasn't done it sense
