I'm new to all of this!

Hi everyone, I am the proud Momma of 4 Pekin ducks, 2 males and 2 females, 8 assorted Bantam chicks, 12 A&M quail babies, 3 days old, and 10 Big hens, Mostly RIR. I am new to all of this chicken and duck stuff. I have learned alot so far such as: dont introduce baby female ducks to grown Male ducks, That results in bare necked females with a broken leg. That was horrifying. I am getting used to the quail they are a little different and my Bantams are taking longer to grow up then i expected, alot longer then my hens and roosters. Any help is much appreciated
