I have started on March 28th. And now it's getting close to the 21+22 days for my 2 eggs. I have 1 off white egg and 1 brown egg. Yesterday morning the temperature went down from 100F to 90F!!!

And now Imma little iffy of them not hatching. But hopefully they will bc I put a cloth on the outside of my incubator. Now I have about 4&5 more days left

If you started on March 28th, your day 21 isn't until April 18th, so you've still got a while to go. You won't even be in lockdown until this Saturday. And with the temp drop, they are probably going to hatch late.

Did you start all the eggs at the same time? And that was on the 28th? If so, your hatch date and the 21st day of incubation is the 18th. But since you had a low temp problem they might well hatch later than that.

No, that's not true. All chicken eggs aside from bantams which sometimes hatch sooner because they are so small take 21 days, regardless of shell color.

Just adding that differences in hatching, outside the point Pyxis made regarding banties, is usually due to temps being either high or low. Not just the overall temps, but hot and cool spots in the incubator can delay/speed up individual eggs as well if eggs aren't rotated during incubation.
