Hi!

I am new to chickens. I have had my small flock about a month and it has become an addiction! I have an assortment of unusual dual purpose breeds. I keep my birds in a large coop/aviary situation with my Chinese Owl pigeons. This housing is 12'x25' and is 8' high. I am studying Heritage breeds and would like to learn about incubating eggs.

I raise Miniature Donkeys and have for 20+ years. I have just at 100 usually and ship them all over the US and overseas. Recently they have been paying for my chickens......! My husband and I have a 360 acre ranch where we raise the donkeys and mini cows. We also have Haflinger horses, draft mules, emus, and Fiona, our bottle baby yak. We have three dogs. I run the ranch. I love what I do.

from one Diva to another -congratulations on your success with various animals. I do believe you are the only one I have come across with a baby yak. Though one person in the Phillipines has an adult water buffalo.
