My coop is sinking into the mud because of design flaws when I first built it. And even though I used reclaimed pressure treated lumber, termites have been an issue. So I need to build a new coop that will be durable and have all the features I need for my hens. The plans I see here look like the most practical and comprehensive in my search.

I would try putting your coop on something like bricks, pavers etc. give it a little more solid base.. being pressure treated you should not have had issues with the termites..getting it up off the ground should help. good luck with your coop..
