I'm not sure if EE hen is going to lay or not

She is puffing up, but only one sound she makes is different from the rest of the sounds she makes, it sounds a lot like a squeak. & she's an Easter Egger, the sign at the feed store said she was an Araucana but she had tail feathers.

If she came from a feed store, then she is most decidedly an Easter Egger. The feed stores label them according to what the hatchery says they send. Almost all hatcheries do not label this bird correctly. Kudos to Cackle. This is the only hatchery I've yet found who does label an EE and an Am correctly.

She is definitely broody you can get her some fertilized eggs for her to sit on for 21 days then she'll hatch chicks and you wont have to get any pullets this spring. Don't worry about it getting cold she'll keep them warm, I've had a hen hatch in October.
