my poor little sizzle hen has a huge infected and bloody looking round lump on top of her foot.the only vet in the area that will treat chickens won't be back until next thursday so i'm seeking help for what to do,please!!!

You say that you're notsyre youre doing this right. Can you tell us exactly what you have been doing to treat it? Can you take a photo of the foots and post it so we can see what you're dealing?

i have soaked her feet in warm water and epsom salts and then dried it off and put antibiotic ointment on it and wrapped it in clean bandages.i don't have a way to take a pic of it right now but i will try to find someone to take the picture for me.i brought her in the house away from my other hens

Pictures of the bottom of the foot too please it sounds like it could be "bumble foot" and you can fix that yourself. You are looking for a little roundish black scab if that is what it is. There are plenty of articles you will find using the quoted terms.
