BUT they look very different.
I thought it was a rooster but idk im questioning it...

Yes I believe that is a male but wow! Very interesting looking bird.

That looks like female specific coloring to me. And all the saddle feathers are broad and round. Knowing how old would really help here.

It's the comb/wattle compared to the black chick that has me thinking cockerel, and the slight color variation in the red. Agree, age would be helpful.
