Im not sure why my duck has “wet feather”

I been noticing that my duck’s feather looks like its peeling or ripping apart and its not intact like a normal feather. We checked for mites or parasites and nothing. What could be a cause of this?

What part of the world are you in? When was the last molt? What do you feed? Are they able to bathe? Pics would def be good. What breed ?

I have some muscovy ducks are free range, they eat everything they want and always have a place were to bath
