So....Athena is my sisters 3 month old 'female' kitten,

But down there...
She looks VERY male like.
Unspayed/neutered.

What do I do?! She was supposed to be a girl!
My sister will cry if I tell her, she wanted a girl cat.
Could I be mistaken?
I have a female kitten and both of there....um, parts look very diffrent.

Just tell her you think it might be a boy, so she has time to get used to the idea. She can still call it whatever she wants, the cat won't care. Then get those kittens into the vet asap, before you have more surprises. BEFORE they are 6mos old.

Yeah.
I will get them before 6mos. We Currentally have problems with our adult cats, and we are trying to get them to the vet ASAP.

Here's an easy way to tell. Hold the kitten with your hand under its belly and its rear facing you. Lift up its tail. The private parts of a female look like an upside down exclamation point. The male looks like a colon, two dots, one above the other. As long as you get them spayed/neutered the sex of the kitten shouldn't matter. However, I have had any number of breeders tell me that males are more affectionate than females.
