Crime rate skyrocketed around the farm. Started with petty vandalism. Egg breaking and tagging all the out buildings, etc.
Moved on to thefts and assults then to gangs, drugs, prostitution.
I can't even go on that was such a dark time around here.

Well that was the trouble makers. Lots of young cockerels trying to act all hard. Pullets running around jumping from nest box to nest box. Laying anywhere and everywhere.
My heritage breeds were afraid to even come outta the coops.
Just being a Rhode island red could get you hurt if you went in the wrong area of the farm.

i was looking at that big list of chicken and duck and goose types you have. Even if you only had 1 of each type that would be a lot to take care of.
