I'm SAD! I just turned down a Mastiff Puppy.... (W/Pic)

So I ran accross this ad for a Mastiff mix puppy on Craigslist, the people we asking $35 for her, and she was adorable, Hubby and I already have a Mastiff/German Shepard, and would love another Mastiff, so I emailed her, not really expecting a response (You know how craigslist is) And she actually called back, we were all set to go take a look at her when we realised we would be in nevada for a family reunion in a few weeks, and couldn't take her with us, and our kennel does not take puppies as young as she is, so I had to call the lady back and decline

I was so sad, but the lady told me not to worry, that she was going to offer the puppy to a little girl who wanted it for her dad for fathers day, so that made me happy that the little girl would get the puppy. But still I wanted her!

I love mastiff puppies!! We have two english mastiffs and they are great. I'm sure you'll come across another one some day!

Could you not board her at a vet's office for that time that you would be gone? Or possibly find a friend that you could pay to "puppy-sit" for that time?

No Matter, I told her it wouldn't work for me at this time, so hopefully the pup will work for the little girl to give to her dad for Fathers day.
