I e-mailed the pet shop owner wanting to know how the quail were that I sold him, and he e-mailed back and said that all the babies had died!

I am just sick!

Here is what he said in the E - Mail:

Aspen,

I was not planning on contacting you but all of the babies died. I am not sure what happened. A few hours after we got them we noticed a couple of them looked weak. When we came in the next morning two of them were dead. Today the other baby was dead.
I am not sure what went wrong. I will assume that it was our fault. Sorry to have to give you this news but I wanted to be honest with you.

No, they aren't suppost to ship out until tomorrow, Monday.

Should be here either Wednesday or Thursday.

I have 7 eggs from my own quail saved her .. but I dunno if mom'll let me incubate them or not?

I bet they're old enought to go outside Daniel.

I have put tiny chicks that weren't quiet feathered out in with the big chook'ns and they were just fine.

Guess what???
