I have 8 RIR's, 1 sex link, and 2 RIW's. One of the RIR's and the sex link are 26 weeks so I've been getting one egg a day from them. Now this morning when I went out I found an egg in the milk carton I put in there for a nesting box. I was so surprised.
My other Reds and Whites are 20 weeks last Sunday. I wish I knew if it was the White or the Reds that laid it but I'm happy just knowing I will soon be getting 3 eggs a day.
This egg was a little smaller then my other ones. Hopefully they will get bigger the more she lays.
