IM SO EXITED PLZ HELP

Ok my awesom mom just said we might be a able to get a couple of quail next year!!!.But I have some questions. 1.Do they tame easily and like to be with you and what breed should I get? 2.Are they flighty and can I let them free range? 3.What type of housing do you usially keep them in? 4.Are there eggs like chicken eggs and can you eat them?

Im just wondering how many I should start off with.I think I will keep them just for there eggs and maybe somtimes meat.I have a rabbit hutch its about 6 sq ft.How many can that fit?and I also have a huge chicken tractor that I can let them get some exercise in.
