im so sad about my chicken dying? :(

My little 2 month old black orpington is dying... she's at grandpas house when we go up north and will probably die there. When I got home I just started bawling, because I wa
s the one who found her in the pen sick, and hand fed her and gave her water. She was half blind and she had something wrong with her neck, so she tilted her head and always looked at me with her little brown eye... and I'm s upset. Even my favorite chicken can't make me feel better about her. How can I get over this faster? I feel so guily for leaving her I realy wish we could brng her with

Its unfortunate when they get sick and there is really nothing you can do for them. Here is another hug

So sorry about your chick. They sometimes get sick, sometimes they have something wrong and you just can't make them better. Just love your other chickens a little more and be grateful for them.
