Ha! The wee person is my 130 lb. 10 year old.

This is my first coop I'm not really sure what I'm doing. I wanted to be able to move it just in case... I've since added extra bracing on the legs. I didn't realize it was going to be so darn tall when I planned it out. whoopsies. oh well, i've heard chickens like to be up high anyway.

I know what you mean about the sore muscles! At least it's not July or August, though. I can remember when I was building it was hotter than you-know-what, plus the mosquitoes were big enough to saddle and were out all day, so I had to wear long sleeves and long pants, spray myself with the deet stuff all over, and they still bit me through my clothing. That's when I knew I was really and truly chicken crazy.
