Bi-Annual Coop Clean -- delay due to molting?

Quick question that I would love feedback on. We are doing deep bedding in our coop. We started it in Nov last year and then deep cleaned it and emptied and re-filled at the end of April this year. We take the shavings and toss handfuls on top every few days in the interim. I planned to deep clean again this week, but 5 of our 9 ladies are molting and I imagine more will follow in the next few weeks. Since they're shedding feathers like crazy, should I wait to deep clean after so its nice and clean and just take off the top layer and toss new shavings until then? Or do it now and try to clean out feathers when they're done? I'm unsure if it's a big deal to wait on the big clean out or not. I'd like to do it now, it's just getting re-feathered constantly now.

Feathers in the mix shouldn't affect anything, so you can do it now, or do it later if it bothers you to look at it.
