I'm so stupid

I've had so many deaths lately...well my little guinea egg was rocking and rolling....I decided to pip it just in case...mind you I just want to try and avoid more tragedy!! well it's not internally pipped! I punctured the inner membrane a tiny bit by accident! what an idiot....I wrapped it in a damp paper towel and put it back in the delivery room...I know better than this!! does the baby have any chance?? I'm crying

Was there any bleeding? And do you think you hurt the keet when you punctured the membrane? If there wasn't and you didn't it may be o.k. Just keep the humidity up in the incubator (65%+) and sit on your hands! Good luck

the little hole is near the edge of the air pocket....yes there was a prick of blood it stopped quickly...baby is still active but hasn't broken through the membrane which is mostly intact...I feel so heavy...I hope I didn't harm this baby...like I said we lost our peababy after it pipped so we are overly worried
