thanks chickenaddict I was able to look them up on the henderson chart now that I know what they are and it explains why the hens aren't laying yet as they are slow maturing

The first pic is a really good looking chicken and very similar to my black rocks. I don't know if you have them in America as no one ever mentions them.

I've never seen a black rock, but I am fairly new to the different breeds I had laying hens years ago but they were just sexlinks and RIR
When I decided to jump into the whole chicken thing again I decided I would make it interesting and fun this time so picked all different stuff and then MMH decided to send me whatever they wanted.
thank you chicken addict he has a very nice pullet to match and I'm hoping for eggs next spring to hatch. Him and I have been going round and round the last few days about who's boss.So he is actually missing one very long pretty tail feather.
He charged me right after that picture too and actually bumped my chest and then the chase was on again. We've had our little talk now and he's behaving again.
