I'm stumped - BCM gender 9 weeks, Lots of Pics!

I would like to see a current picture; the coloring in the 9 week pics looked strange to me for BCMs.

Hi, sorry for the long delay, I've been very sick with pneumonia. I don't have any other pics of him. After it was clear he was a he when his copper shoulder feathers were coming in, I rehomed him. What do you think is wrong about the colour? When I say BCM, I do actually mean a Blue Copper Marans, not Black. He is the offspring of the top two blues in this picture:

Sorry. I thought it was Black. Never mind; I know less than nothing about Blues.

No worries. Sadly, my rooster (the one in the photo above) isn't a great example of a Blue as his tail feathers have some white at the base, so I wouldn't have been surprised if there was something wrong with the coloration of his offspring. But, I have some Blacks in the incubator right now, day 15! I can't wait!
