The shootings, the pirates, (although I find that one fascinating, I hope it turns out well!)

Economy, people losing their jobs & houses, leaving pets at shelters that are already overwhelmed.......The plain old GREED that's out there ....animal abuse, child abuse, you know, it goes on & on. I know there's a plus side; seeds are selling big time, people are starting to garden, get chickens even.

I've been in a slump. I need a happy place in my mind. Even on BYC, I try to read and help on certain areas, but I can't even handle a chick injury (since I have them now and can relate) predator problem.

AAAhhh, I'm feeling vulnerable or something...I hope this feeling is over soon.


I HAVE been visiting the hobby section, and the sewing part has helped a lot!
