Im very worry!!!M What should I do and is the chick going to survive?

I have three parakeets, 1 male and two famales . one of the famale lay eggs in the nest but the other famale came to the nest and poke one off the egg and it crack which it bleed a little so we cover it . But now the mom of the egg dose not wants to go back to its nest. What should I do and is the chick going to survive?

First thing that I would suggest is to remove the hen that did not lay the eggs. The cracked egg may very well not survive, but perhaps the mother will set on the rest. An extra bird in with a mated pair can frequently cause these problems. Good luck.
