I'm wondering how old my ducks might be and what kind they are

I just got my first ducks been doing some research but not getting far I have them in a dog create but they are bored. I don't want to put them out with the chickens yet they are too little and it's too cold.

They look like rouens to me, I can't tell you how old they are though.
