I'm worried about my girl

My pullets and rooster are on Grower (Purina Mills) and the rooster is nice sized (bantam cochin) and the dominique is NICE sized (she's SQ) but my Production red is a little small and my ee is TINY she's so skinny she's the smallest of my girls. Is she being bullies. The roo chases all except Acer, the dom. I am worried about the other 2

Try separating her for a bit and making sure she gets to eat on her own for a couple of days. You can also provide a 2nd feeder. The bullies are likely to pick a feeder and are less likely to keep the lower birds away from both feeders.

I agree with Jenn. Make sure your little ones are getting their fair share of time at the feeder. A second feeder is always a good idea, even if it's a small homemade one.
When my runt was small I took her aside each day to give her an extra helping of her grower feed and I always made sure she got her fair share of treats.
Now that she's a bit older and wiser she's learned how to outsmart the bullies.
