impacted crop

how do you tell if a chicken has an impacted crop? one of my hens is a little thin and the crop looks a little lopsided, but sure if that's normal. any advice helps, thank you

She looks good and healthy.When she is on the roost feel her crop.

the feathers near the edge of her crop/breast area are pushed out more than the others
if that helps
