Impacted crop?

I have this silkie hen who appears to have an impacted crop. What can I do?
She is the thinnest chicken I have ever seen. Absolute skin and bones but has a very full crop so I am assuming it is impacted and she’s not actually digesting anything. She’s been acting like her normal self until tonight when she didn’t make it back to the coop because she’s so weak. I had no idea anything was even wrong with her and feel so bad. I’ve treated her with ivermectin on the off chance it’s got nothing to do with her crop but I’ve also given her some olive oil to try to lubricate the mass. Is there anything else I can do for her?
