Yes. I only see movement in one egg.. the darker eggs I can't really see anything anymore bc they cover the whole shell except for the air cell.

I put 4 different thermometers in there and they all read the same

If I converted that right, I think that it is a little low. They may be slower to hatch. I give them to day 25 at least.
