IMPORTANT! EMERGENCY!

Is it because my temperature is too high, in anyway, i couldnot really lower it..... It even went to 41.5 degrees celcius and i had to temporarily shut off the incubator..... I added ice water inside the incubator to try lower the temperature but it did nothing at all!

That is mighty strange! Too high temps will indeed shorten the incubation period, but I'd imagine with temps that high that the fetus would rather die. With too high temps, I've had ducklings hatch at day 31. Still a way to go, though.
It seems your duckling hasn't read the manual, and will emerge whenever it pleases. Keep candling and checking on it. They use a long time to get out, so even if it seems ready, it will most likely still be days from hatching.
Are you able to post a picture here of you candling it? Would be interesting to see what's inside!
You really should try to get that temp down in any case. Can you make a hole in the incubator to let outside air in, like let the lid be slightly open or something?

Thanks @the cluck juggler! The only way i can do to lower the temp is by opening my air conditioner..... The duck is very active inside the egg, ill get a picture of candling soon! I don't know why muscovies take up to 35 days before hatching, they are somewhat hanging out inside the egg??

I only open my air conditioner when it is too hot, you know, my air conditioner is not an inverter so that when i use it it costs a lot!!

Since you found the eggs scattered I would think that it was partially incubated by the mom before she was scared off her nest by a predator.

Muscovy egg embryos just take longer to develop than a chicken.
