Importing Spalding pied peafowl to uk?

Hi, I live in uk and we have no Spalding pied peafowl or silver pied here really want one of theses amazing birds but there fairly hard to find and because of uk strict rules on importing birds in uk I can’t find any here, Is there anyone on here who has any and are willing to go throw the proses of importing them here would appreciate any help with this ?.

We met Nigel and Suzanne last month at the UPA convention in Oklahoma, beautiful people for sure. They probably don't have any Hybrid Silver Pied but do have Silver Pied I know.

Yes I have they where really nice and unfortunately they do not have them I will have to try breed them out my self so wish me luck 🤞

I had to do that here too, it took many years to get to where I am now. The breeders here were sending them overseas and wouldn't share here in the states, probably because they were afraid of competition.

Yeah I don’t get people like that it’s literally all about money
 
I am certainly a noob with peafowl, but would ordering fertile eggs be an option?

I ordered 5 spalding eggs off eBay and was fortunate that 4 hatched. They are all 5 months old and doing well. The eggs travelled quite a distance from Missouri to Texas. Shipped eggs are certainly a gamble even with honest sellers, but in this type of situation it may be an easier option. (I am assuming shipping eggs is legal in Europe.)

i really wish I could but I’m pretty sure it want be possible because of they uk strict policies on animal products like eggs and milk but I’m not fully sure
