Imprinted chick keeps cheeping

I have a bantam 2-day old chick named Rocky. He’s strongly imprinted, along with my other day old chick, bullet. Bullet is usually sleeping, but Rocky doesn’t stop cheeping, unless I’m in the room. I’ve raised turkeys that got imprinted, and used a radio which worked. A radio doesn’t work on this little guy. Any advice to get him to quiet down and sleep? I haven’t gotten any sleep for the past 3 days due to some difficulty’s hatching the two and Rocky’s cheeping. Thank you!

It may be necessary to move the chicks to another room so that you can not hear him. Good luck, MOM.

A radio (TV) always works here. Lights out at night, too, so it's totally dark. That way they'll sleep all night. If you haven't done that, they'll both chirp like they're dying but they'll get over it.

Ohh! I tried the radio, but they cheep over it. My heating tent for them is in the mail, so I’ll be able to have it completely dark! Thank you!!
