Improvised Chicken Saddle - PICS

My Silkie hen has lost most of her back feathers b/c my EE rooster breeds her and is 3-4 times her size. Then yesterday he actually broke skin...

I ordered a chicken saddle, but was afraid not to have something on her in the mean time, so I made my own by cutting off the bottom of an old pair of jeans and making 2 holes to fit it over her wings. It's not the prettiest thing ever, but I'm sure her back will thank me anyways!

Not the best pics since she was hiding from me after I put it on her, but I think you can see it ok.
