Hello

I'm a newbie from Zimbabwe. I began raising Chickens in September 2017 and I purchased six of them adults already laying.

I have boshveld but at times they skip laying.

I'm also interested in raising rabbits but have not yet started.

If there be anyone with a fully detailed coop plan for Chickens please help me with one. I want to do it myself and have no building or capentry background.

I want to raise 100 birds and have a 1000m2 unused backyard.

Welcome to BYC!

Look at plans for sheds, with good roof overhangs.
For large numbers of birds that will be more useful than looking for coops that large.

You can browse the coop forum for ideas on how to do your roosts, nests, ventilation, etc.

Here's some tips/notes I have gathered over the year.
Here's my theory on the 'stack up' aspect to coop design:

Bottom of pop door is best about 8" above floor so bedding doesn't get dragged out of coop.

Nice to have bottom of nests about 18" above bedding to allow use of that floor space under them(doesn't count if your nests are mounted on outside of coop).

Roosts are best about 12" higher than nests so birds won't roost(sleep) in nests and poop in them, if you use poop boards under roosts it will also 'stretch' your floor space.

Upper venting works best as high as possible above roosts so no strong drafts hit roosts in winter...and hot/moist air and ammonia can rise and exit coop.

And Go Big ...3 separate sections for Main flock, Growout/broody/isolation/hospital, and Feed/supply storage has made my chicken life much easier. Actually wish I had made grow-out area larger(for ease of tending) and had 1 or 2 more sections.

Climate is a major factor in coop design. What's your average daytime and nighttime temperatures, lowest and highest annual temperature, and your average amount of rainfall and the minimum number of daylight hours in winter?

Welcome! I have some Boschvelder chicks, so can't report on their egg-laying habits yet.
I can't really help with a coop plan on that scale. I just watched loads of YouTube videos (especially of Justin Rhodes) to build smaller mobile coops.

I hope you manage!

Exciting times ahead, for your country :)

I have some poultry management documents, written with East Africa in mind, but they are in pdf format and can't be attached on BYC.

If you send me an e-mail address via a "conversation", I'll happily send them to you.
