In need of a good Butcher

I need to get my birds processed and I don't have the equipment to do it. Does anyone Know of a good butcher in Northeast Georgia that can process the birds for me. Thanks

The only equipment you need is a very sharp knife, a cutting board and a pot big enough for scalding. There is some other equipment that is nice to have, but not essential. I'd recommend looking at some tutorials on chicken butchering and consider doing it yourself.
