In need of chicken tractor plans

I need a chicken tractor plan that I can build using some stuff I have
I have 2 16 inch wheelbarrow tires and one 14 inch idk what kind tire, and plenty of 2x8x12s
I want it to have a lever lift wheel system, so I lift the levers on the sides and the wheels go down and the tractor goes up, and I want to make if use the standard pin hitch common to all garden tractors and mowers
it needs to hold about 30-50 birds with moving room, and I have to be able to attach hot wires around the base

I really like This One, but my wheels are a lot bigger than theirs
I want the wheels to be on a lever but if not OK

What is your budget for this project? Hardware cloth (recommended) is pretty pricey in itself, I can think of a few things given what you have...but you have 3 options. You can do cheap & easy [it wont be quality], quality & easy [it wont be cheap], or cheap & quality [spoiler, it wont be easy]. So what are we working with?
