In need of feedback and direction in relation to a super aggressive hen!

We currently have too animal areas, One just for our three ducks (2 girls one boy) and then we have a bigger pen where the 2 hens and one rooster is and our three geese ( two girls one boy). The Ducks are 5 months old just started laying - Chickens are 4.5 months old - The Geese are 3.25 months old. One of our chicken hens is so mean, I mean like she can not even be near the ducks with out trying to hurt them, we put them together thinking that it was just a dominance thing but she trying to rip out feathers and its just bad none of the other animals act like that.

any suggestions on how to make the flock a flock.....thanks

I don't know but have read that male ducks will really make the lives of hens miserable.

Our drake gets the crap kicked out of him from her.....we just recently got him and she was just as aggressive with everyone else before him. We have to make the choice to keep them all separate or just get rid of her. She acts like a rooster, but ten times worse!
