In need of help with run and coop litter help

These only have 4 more weeks and i know thats all they do is eat, sleep, and poop but i was hoping the odor would be somewhat more managable. I just want to make sure i am doing the DLM correct. My layers go out to thwir part of the coop in 2 weeks.

I am at about 7 inches now. I have gable vents, soffit vents, 1 window thats open during the day and i leave the pop doors and the people doors open during the day.
They are not going outside yet. I try to get them to and they freak out. Not sure if its the ramps or what.
I meant to stir the poop in more deeply to bury it.

Meat birds are much different than layers, they won't go out to forage unless forced or encouraged by growing up with layers.

DLM is not a fast thing, it takes time and a balanced mix of materials to make it work.
It's about much more than piling multiple inches of a few things.
