On Craigslist, post under the Farm+Garden section. Livestock (non pet) sales are permitted there. On FB, there are chicken/sales sites, but you can't use any sale language. It's always "I have X number of roosters up for discussion. PM me for details." Then you communicate price and pickup arrangements via PM. They won't kick you off that way.
